    We open the product and walk the flow you asked about. If something is not built yet, we say so on the call rather than in month three.

  • A note before the call

    We send a short message first to confirm what you want to see, so the time is a walkthrough rather than a discovery session.

  • Your questionnaire welcome

    If procurement has a security or data-protection spreadsheet, send it ahead. We would rather answer it properly than hit a blocker during onboarding.

  • One working day
