How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get full access to all features of your chosen plan for 14 days. Your card is collected at signup but won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll notify you immediately and retry the payment. Your account access continues briefly while we retry, but will be paused if the issue isn't resolved. Just update your payment method to restore access.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. Sign up for monthly billing now and you'll be automatically eligible for annual pricing when it launches.
Can I add more clients to the Starter plan?
The Starter plan is limited to 3 clients. If you need more, you can upgrade to Growth (10 clients) or Agency (unlimited) at any time.
