How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get full access to all features of your chosen plan for 14 days. Your card is collected at signup but won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if a payment fails?
We’ll notify you immediately and retry the payment. Your account access continues briefly while we retry, but will be paused if the issue isn’t resolved. Just update your payment method to restore access.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. Monthly plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with permanent access.
What is the Lifetime plan?
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives you permanent access to all Agency-tier features. No recurring charges, no expiry. You’ll also receive all future updates and improvements.
Can I add more clients to the Starter plan?
The Starter plan is limited to 3 clients. If you need more, you can upgrade to Growth (10 clients), Agency (unlimited), or Lifetime (unlimited) at any time.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for monthly plans and within 30 days for the Lifetime plan. See our full refund policy for details.
