These terms cover this website. Use of a Metrolo deployment is governed by the separate agreement signed with each customer organisation, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this site
You may read, link to and share the content of this website. You may not use it to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to interfere with its availability for others, or to scrape it at a volume that degrades service for anyone else.
The information here
We keep this site accurate, and we say plainly when something is on the roadmap rather than built. Even so, nothing here is a contractual commitment about product capability, pricing or availability. Prices shown are indicative and exclude VAT; the figures that bind either of us are the ones in a signed agreement.
Content you send us
When you submit an enquiry or subscribe, you confirm the details are yours to give and that they are accurate. We handle what you send according to our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The Metrolo name, logo, site design and written content belong to Metrolo. You may quote from the blog with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site wholesale or present our material as your own.
Third-party links
Where we link to another organisation’s site, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
