1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Metrolo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Metrolo is a SaaS platform that enables marketing agencies and freelancers to generate automated reports from connected marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and others). The Service includes report generation, scheduling, client management, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will be collected at signup but will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

4.2 Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and permissions to connect third-party accounts and use the data accessed through the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Metrolo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your data and the reports generated using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metrolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
