A community feed you can actually moderate
Somewhere for members to post, react and reply, with announcements that rise above the noise when something genuinely matters. And, because this is member-authored content on a domain carrying your name, moderation and sanitisation that were designed in rather than bolted on.
Posts, articles and replies
Short posts for a quick note, longer articles for something considered, reactions for the people who will never comment, and threaded comments for the ones who will. Members can edit and delete their own; moderators can act on anything, and every moderation action is on the record.
Announcements that are not just another post
An announcement can render inline at the top of the feed, or as a modal that a member has to acknowledge — for an AGM notice, a subscription deadline, a change to your terms. You choose which, and the acknowledgement is recorded, so "nobody told me" is answerable.
Sanitised on the way in, not on the way out
Rich text written by a member passes through a single sanitiser with a closed allow-list before it is stored. Doing it at write time means there is one place to get it right rather than one place per screen that renders it — and no stored payload waiting for a future page that forgets to escape.
Draft and live, like everything else
Posts and announcements have an explicit draft state. Save something half-written, come back to it, publish when you mean to. Nothing goes live because a form was submitted by accident.
Feed & announcements — questions
If yours is not here, ask on a call. We answer specifics.
Can we turn the feed off?
Yes. Module flags are per organisation, and a disabled module disappears completely — no menu item, no upgrade prompt. Some organisations run Metrolo with announcements on and the open feed off.
Can members report a post?
Yes, and reports surface in the moderation queue for anyone holding the moderation grant.
Do announcements email members as well?
Announcements live in the product. If you want it in an inbox too, the email campaigns module sends to an audience you build from the same data.

Bring the awkward case — the exception your constitution requires, the thing your current system cannot do. That is the useful half of a demo.
