Email that goes to the right people

Every organisation already has an email tool. What it does not have is one that knows who is lapsing, who came to the last event and who lives in the right city — because that lives in a different system entirely.

Audiences built from the database

Select by group, membership status, renewal date, event attendance or any directory filter. Because it is the same data the directory queries, an audience is never a snapshot someone exported last month — and a member who updated their address is reached at the new one.

Your domain, verified

Configure your provider — SendGrid, SES, Mailgun or SMTP — with credentials encrypted at rest, then complete sender verification before a single message goes out. Mail that appears to come from your organisation should actually come from it, or it will land in spam and stay there.

A send guard, because sends are irreversible

Test sends to yourself first, an explicit confirmation showing the audience size, and no path where a keystroke sends to four thousand people. Of everything in the platform, this is the operation that cannot be undone.

Delivery you can see

Per-campaign delivery tracking, so a bounce rate is a number rather than a suspicion, and an address that has gone bad can be cleaned up in the record it came from.

FAQ

Email campaigns — questions

If yours is not here, ask on a call. We answer specifics.

Do we need our own email provider?

Yes, and that is deliberate. You own the sending reputation and the relationship, and you are not paying a platform margin on volume.

Can members unsubscribe?

Yes, and preferences are held against the member record — so an unsubscribe is respected by every future audience automatically.

Can we schedule a send?

Campaigns run on the queue rather than in the browser, so a large send does not depend on a tab staying open.

Bring the awkward case — the exception your constitution requires, the thing your current system cannot do. That is the useful half of a demo.
